Why the pricing is subsidized
AI software in this category can normally run $300 to $500 per month. Agentic interflow subsidizes the monthly platform price so shops are not forced to choose between using the system and writing the repair orders that create useful shop records.
The $1.00 per repair order helps cover the AI token usage required to review and support each work order. That usage exists even when the repair order has a zero-dollar or low-dollar total.
We want shops to keep creating those repair orders because the information is valuable: vehicle history, advisor notes, technician context, customer communication, and future AI review all get better when the workflow is captured. Instead of charging the full monthly software price, we subsidize hundreds of dollars so more of the cost is tied to actual repair-order activity.
